- 🐟 OceanBox Wild Icelandic Cod
- 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 large garlic clove minced
- 4 tbsp butter (melted)
- 2 tbsp parsley finely chopped
- 1/2 lemon juice
- Salt & Pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on the cod and arrange it on the baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice with 1 tbsp of melted butter. Drizzle this lemon butter mixture over the cod.
- In a medium bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, finely chopped parsley, and salt and pepper to taste. Add 3 tbsp of melted butter and stir until well combined.
- Spread the panko mixture evenly on top of the cod, gently pressing it to adhere.
- Bake for 11-16 minutes, It’s ready when the panko mixture is crisped, and the cod flakes easily with a fork.
