- 1 tray OceanBox Sea Bass
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Garlicky Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup melted butter (1 stick)
- 2 cups breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 1-2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Optional:
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- zest of one lemon
- Pat dry the Black Sea Bass fillet & brush each fillet with melted butter.
- If desired, coat the fillets with grated Parmesan cheese & season with salt and pepper.
Prepare the Garlicky Breadcrumbs:
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium-low heat.
- Add the finely chopped garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the breadcrumbs until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the breadcrumbs are toasted and golden brown.
- Set aside and save for your favorite fresh OceanBox seafood.
Air Fry the Black Sea Bass
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of the garlicky breadcrumbs over each sea bass fillet.
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Place the coated sea bass fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry the sea bass for 6 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
- Serve with your favorite cooked greens or fresh salads.
