How to Make Shrimp Scampi

10 oz Colossal Domestic Shrimp
2 – 3 cloves garlic
2 tblsp butter
3 tbslp white wine
Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper
Lemon for garnish
Pair with your favorite pasta or bread
- Add minced garlic to a medium-hot pan with melted butter
- Add your OceanBox Shrimp into the hot pan and give it a stir.
- Add a splash of white wine and let it simmer until the shrimp are cooked through and the liquid reduced,
- Serve over pasta or your favorite crusty bread.
