How to Make Tuna Tartare

10 oz OceanBox Yellowfin Tuna
1/2 cup scallions
1 tblsp. ketchup
1 tsp soy sauce
Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper
Sesame Oil
Lime Juice
Diced Jalepenos
Medium ripe avocado
- Cut your sushi grade Yellowfin Tuna into 1/4 inch cubes. * In our recipe we used OceanBox sushi grade Yellowfin Tuna
- Mix in medium bowl: Cut yellowfin tuna, salt, pepper, scallions, ketchup, soy sauce and sesame oil
- Set aside in fridge while prepping next step
- Slice avocados into 1/4 inch cubes
- Mix in medium bowl: Avocados, salt, pepper, diced jalapeños, lime
- Place a ring mold or cutout of plastic bottle on your serving plate
- Layer with the yellowfin tuna mix, then the avocado mix
- Garnish with sesame seeds and your favorite crackers
