This large bottom dweller has a beautiful white, glossy flesh that is mild and sweet in flavor. It cooks up white and is firm, meaty and tender. We will send it to you with the skin on and the bones removed. This species packs a protein punch so choose your cooking method and bon appetite

Storage
Keep refrigerated for up to 7 days until ready for preparation. Items can be stacked and stored frozen for up to 12 months, but are best if consumed within 6 months of purchase.
Thawing Instructions:
The best way to thaw our seafood trays is to allow them to thaw in the refrigerator for about 6 hours. If you require faster thawing, we recommend running cool water over the tray for around thirty minutes to an hour.
