Our sustainably sourced Norwegian salmon comes directly from the frigid waters of coastal Norway.
It has a peachy-pink flesh and a moderately firm texture with a mild yet buttery taste, leaving you ready for the next bite. You will receive it with the skin on and bones removed. So, prepare it to your liking and enjoy this heart healthy protein.

Storage
Keep refrigerated for up to 7 days until ready for preparation. Items can be stacked and stored frozen for up to 12 months, but are best if consumed within 6 months of purchase.
Thawing Instructions:
The best way to thaw our seafood trays is to allow them to thaw in the refrigerator for about 6 hours. If you require faster thawing, we recommend running cool water over the tray for around thirty minutes to an hour.
