Your fish is fresh & hand-cut the 12-24 hours prior to YOUR CHOSEN DELIVERY Date.
Select express shipping for your fish to arrive 1 day sooner.
*Ground orders have a 2-day delivery time and may not arrive on Tuesday.
Delivery is NOT available on Saturday, Sunday & Monday

Preparation Insructions

Storage
Keep refrigerated for up to 7 days until ready for preparation. Items can be stacked and stored frozen for up to 12 months, but are best if consumed within 6 months of purchase.

Thawing Instructions:
The best way to thaw our seafood trays is to allow them to thaw in the refrigerator for about 6 hours. If you require faster thawing, we recommend running cool water over the tray for around thirty minutes to an hour.

The fish doesn’t arrive frozen which is huge for me because when flash frozen it gives the fish a mushy texture when cooked.Also I love that when I open the tray of fish I can’t even smell a fish odor so I know it is truly fresh caught fish, plus the taste is amazing. I’ve been ordering 2 large boxes every month for 2 years now and will continue.
