Your fish is fresh & hand-cut the 12-24 hours prior to YOUR CHOSEN DELIVERY Date.
Select express shipping for your fish to arrive 1 day sooner.
*Ground orders have a 2-day delivery time and may not arrive on Tuesday.
Delivery is NOT available on Saturday, Sunday & Monday

Preparation Insructions

Storage
Keep refrigerated for up to 7 days until ready for preparation. Items can be stacked and stored frozen for up to 12 months, but are best if consumed within 6 months of purchase.

Thawing Instructions:
The best way to thaw our seafood trays is to allow them to thaw in the refrigerator for about 6 hours. If you require faster thawing, we recommend running cool water over the tray for around thirty minutes to an hour.

I love the quality of the product when it arrives at my door and how fresh it tastes when eating, so I assume it is frozen very quickly after catching the fish. For improvement I would ask for more types of fish to select from in my box, which I’m sure you’re already working on! Specifically more invasive fish species that are damaging ecosystems or threatening native fish stocks.
