Sushi Grade Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl

Directions
Cook brown rice as per the directions on the package plus one tablespoon of coconut oil or sesame oil. Usually 1.5 cups of water to 1 cup of rice. This will vary depending on your season and elevation.
In a small serving bowl combine soy sauce, sesame oil and sesame seeds.
While letting the brown rice cool, slice fresh cucumber, cilantro, avocado and red cabbage. PRO TIP: Toss the cabbage and or cucumber with mirin and olive oil.
Slice the fresh sushi grade Ahi tuna into small 1 inch cubes and build your bowl as you prefer.
Top with more sesame seeds and serve along side the dipping suace.
