Our fish taco recipe is a quick and easy surefire classic and can be done with almost any of our seafood selections!
Directions
Heat oil to 350F over medium high heat.
Add breaded fish and fry for 5-6 minutes on one side and 3-4 minutes on the other side.
Mix shredded cabbage with mayo and mustard.
Add more mustard for a tangier flavor; add more mayo for a creamier flavor.
Heat corn or flour tortillas over medium heat.
Layer fish with sliced avocado, slaw, sour cream, cheese, and hot sauce.

Breaded Fish
1 tray Wild OceanBox Icelandic Cod
1 cup flour
1/2 tbsp cumin
1/2 tbsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
olive oil, avocado oil or coconut oil to fill 1/2 inch of the pan
For Slaw:
half a head of shredded cabbage (or one small bag)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
