Easy Tuna Tartare Recipe

Our Sushi grade Yellowfin tuna makes an exquisite tuna tartare that is easy, delicious and easy to plate like a Michelin star chef

Directions

  1. Cut your sushi grade Yellowfin Tuna into 1/4 inch cubes. * In our recipe we used OceanBox sushi grade Yellowfin Tuna
  2. Mix in medium bowl: Cut yellowfin tuna, salt, pepper, scallions, ketchup, soy sauce and sesame oil
  3. Set aside in fridge while prepping next step
  4. Slice avocados into 1/4 inch cubes
  5. Mix in medium bowl: Avocados, salt, pepper, diced jalapeños, lime
  6. Place a ring mold or cutout of plastic bottle on your serving plate
  7. Layer with the yellowfin tuna mix, then the avocado mix
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds and your favorite crackers

  • 1/2 cup scallions
  • 1 tblsp. ketchup
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper
  • Sesame Oil
  • Lime Juice
  • Diced Jalepenos
  • Medium ripe avocado
