Ginger Scallion Salmon

Try our Ginger Scallion Salmon - a tantalizing blend of soy, sesame and spices.

Directions

  1. Crisp salmon, skin side down, in skillet over medium high heat with 1 tbsp oil, 4-5 minutes.
  2. When skin releases, flip and cook for another 3 minutes until the salmon is opaque.
  3. Remove the fish and add the other 3 tbsp of oil. Add the white parts of the green onion and half the ginger, and garlic if using.
  4. Lower heat to medium/medium-low and cook, gently, until ginger and garlic are lightly browned.
  5. Plate fish and top with the green part of green onion and the other half of the fresh ginger.
  6. Pour hot oil and aromatics over salmon. Drizzle with toasted sesame oil, soy sauce, and sesame seeds.
  7. Serve over rice and enjoy
