Spicy Salmon Sushi Bake

Directions
1. Cook rice according to directions. When finished cooking but still warm, stir in vinegar, sugar, and salt
2. Brush salmon with soy sauce and cook (Airfry for 10 minutes at 390F or bake for 15-20 minutes in oven at 400F)
3. Combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice and furikake in a bowl
4. Add salmon without skin when finished cooking. Stir until salmon is evenly distributed and everything is combined
5. In a 9x9 baking dish lined with parchment paper or cooking spray, pack in rice as a bottom layer
6. Pour in salmon mixture and evenly spread over rice. Bake for 15 minutes at 425F. Top with green onions, sesame seeds, cucumber, and avocado.
