Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

They’re packed with OceanBox’s fresh jumbo lump crabmeat and seasoned to perfection with Old Bay, Dijon, Worcestershire, and just a kick of heat. Best part? They’re easy to prep, bake beautifully, and taste even better.
Directions
1. Clean, destem, and scoop out mushrooms
2. Drain the crab meat and set aside
3. Mix together mayonnaise, mustard, hot sauce, Worcestershire, Old Bay, and parsley
4. Gently stir in lump crab meat, careful not to break up the pieces
5. Gently stir in parmesan cheese
6. Line mushrooms on a sheet pan or baking dish with sides
7. Spoon crab mixture into mushrooms, pressing down to fill the mushroom cavity, then piling the stuffing on top.
8. Sprinkle with more parmesan and bake for 25 minutes at 425F. Serve hot and garnish with chopped chives.
