How to Make Shrimp & Swordfish Watermelon Skewers
Ingredients
1 tray Colossal Shrimp
1 tray Wild Swordfish
1/2 watermelon
1 red onion
1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Cayen (optional)
2 Lemons or Limes
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Oive Oil
Beer(optional)
Kosher Salt & Pepper
Ingredients

1 tray Wild Swordfish
1/2 watermelon

1/2 tsp Cayenne (optional)

Olive Oil
Beer(optional)
Kosher Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Soak wooden skewers in water or beer (~30 mins or longer)
- Cut the Swordfish into 2 inch cubes
- Cut the Watermelon into 2 inch triangles or cubes
- Cut the Onion into quarters and pull apart
- Cut the lemon or limes into thick slices
- Place the shrimp, watermelon, swordfish, lemon & onion in a tray large enough to fit the skewers
- Season seafood mix with salt and pepper
- In a bowl whisk the olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder and Optional (cayenne, sriracha, beer)
- Skewer 2 or 3 watermelon, onions, swordfish and shrimps
- Place back in tray with lemons, poor mixture over the skewers and marinate for at least one hour
- Grill Skewers and lemons/limes
- Serve with rice or slaw alongside the grilled lemons for a great taste and presentation
