Directions

  1. Prep the salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry and cut into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Marinate: In a bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, garlic, honey, and sesame oil. Toss the salmon cubes until coated. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes if you have time.
  3. Air fry: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Place salmon cubes in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and slightly crispy on the edges.
