The Perfect Summer Seafood Boil

This one’s a crowd-pleaser: shrimp, king crab legs, andouille sausage, potatoes, and corn — all boiled in a flavorful broth with beer, Creole seasoning, Old Bay, and more. Perfect for backyard parties or anytime you want a feast.

Directions

1. Boil the liquid with the onion and spices for 20 minutes.
2. Add the potatoes and sausage and cook for 20 more minutes.
3. Add shrimp and crab and corn and cook for 5-7 more minutes.
4. Strain out ingredients and serve!

2 trays wild-caught colossal shrimp
1 lb king crab legs
3 quarts water
1 can of beer
2-3 bay leaves
3 tbsp creole seasoning
1 tbsp Old Bay
1 yellow onion, sliced
12 oz andouille sausage, cut into 2-3 inch pieces
3 cobs of corn, cut into 3-inch pieces
1 lb small waxy potatoes
