Directions

  1. Make the Pineapple Salsa: In a bowl, combine diced pineapple, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and let sit for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  2. Prep the Halibut: Pat Halibut fillets dry with a paper towel. Rub each fillet with olive oil, then season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
